This vinegar is the result of a collaboration between friends. Our friends at Elliott Acres in the neighboring town of Ryegate, VT have been providing us with their delicious maple syrup for our ice cream for years and it was only natural that we add their pure, golden, sweet deliciousness to our vinegar line up. Sweetened only with maple syrup this vinegar is so versatile it can be used for appetizers (salad, of course) to entreés (amazing marinade) to desert (ice cream topper).
Best of all, we do not filter or pasteurize the vinegar, so all of the goodness of eating live, natural food is retained in every bottle. We can prove it too. You will see the mother settle in the bottle over time. Give it a good shake and enjoy!
